In January 2023, the YouTuber @vibingleaf posted the video “Roblox’s Whistle occurrence” showing Flowers for the first time. In the video, @vibingleaf is playing a game when it suddenly glitches and Flowers appears as a distorted figure that crashes the game.

Even though Flowers normally appears as a solid-black entity, the creepypasta notes that he can change his size and shape at will. Videos like "Whistle'rblx" and "rblx.obby" both show Flowers stretching and distorting his face and limbs to appear more menacing before attacking other players in the game.

Mimicking other players Evidence from the creepypasta shows that Flowers can take the shape of other characters so he looks like a regular player. However, the player may act differently than they usually do. When Flowers gains his victims' trust, he reverts to his original form to attack.
