If you love Roblox, YouTube, and creepy stories, the “Whistle Occurrence” series is made for you. The series follows different players who are stalked by a mysterious, distorted entity called פרחים, which means “flowers” in Hebrew. We’re taking a deep dive into “Whistle Occurrence,” including what it is, what we know about Flowers, all the videos in the series, and how to play the games shown in the videos.

What is the “Whistle Occurrence” in Roblox?

“Whistle Occurrence” is a web series about a creepy Roblox entity named פרחים (or “Flowers” in Hebrew) that corrupts games, causes lag issues, stalks players, and emits a whistle that can cause seizures. It was created by YouTuber VibingLeaf as a parody of Roblox hacker videos and is currently still in development.

Roblox “Whistle Occurrence” Explained

  1. The series is centered on פרחים (which means “Flowers” in Hebrew), a tall, mysterious being that stalks Roblox players in their games. According to the story, Flowers creates a whistle that can cause real-life seizures and possibly even death.
    • Throughout the videos, players are asked, “Can you hear the whistle?” Another recurring phrase is “Hear the whistle? Cover the Ears!”
    • Because of its interactive nature (viewers can play the same Roblox games featured in the web series), “Whistle Occurrence” is also considered an ARG, or alternate reality game.
    • The series was created by YouTuber VibingLeaf and animated by Caramiliaz. It was originally intended as a parody of horror tropes like the glitchy visuals and sounds of analog horror, video games impacting players in real life, and the use of foreign languages to seem mysterious.
    • “Whistle Occurrence” is considered ongoing, so more updates may still be posted by the creators.

Who is Flowers in the “Whistle Occurrence” lore?

  1. Flowers is a mysterious, distorted entity. Flowers is based on the Robloxian v.2 build, but it typically appears as an all-black, stretched-out being with an ambiguous shape. It can also take different forms, sometimes taking the appearance of a Roblox player or NPC, then distorting itself to show its true self. It also seems to be malicious, emitting a whistle that can cause harm to humans.
    • When Flowers appears in a Roblox game, it can cause severe lags and visual glitches. In the web series, it sometimes teleports players to a different game (usually just a plain base plate, sometimes with NPCs) or takes control of their avatar.
    • According to a YouTube interview with animator Caramiliaz, VibingLeaf got the inspiration for Flowers from the character Death in the movie Puss in Boots: The Last Wish.
    • Not much else is known about Flowers—the creators haven’t revealed much about its backstory or nature.
    • In the same video where he interviews Caramiliaz, YouTuber @SenPrista shares a theory that he believes Flowers was originally an AI that was created by Roblox to help moderate content, but then it went rogue. This has not been confirmed by Vibingleaf or Caramiliaz.
    • Flowers is set to be added as a killer in the popular Roblox game Forsaken, although according to a tweet from @Caramiliaz, the development of the character is currently in limbo.

Videos in the “Whistle Occurrence” Web Series

  1. The first video in the Whistle Occurrence series is “Roblox’s Whistle Occurrence,” posted on January 25, 2023, by @vibingleaf. In the video, a player named HelenMartin39 plays a shooting game. The video and audio start to glitch, and the sky turns dark.
    • A strange entity appears in front of the player, and the words “Do you hear the whistle?” flash across the bottom of the screen. The entity disappears, and the user keeps playing as the video quality degrades even more.
    • Eventually, the player teleports to a strange alternate location with an eerie sky. A glitchy black figure stands in front of the player, stretching and growing into the abnormal creature we now know as Flowers.
    • The description of the video says, “So I have reported that there was this player who keeps appearing on my games yesterday, I went on to record every gameplay after I did that but he never appeared again after I've announced his shenanigans, but eventually he came back, I do not know if this is from the game itself or was Roblox in my device hacked to do such things, but he probably wasn't happy at that time.”
      • Beneath that, there’s a disclaimer: “Sooo, if it wasn't obvious enough, this isn't really real, this is actually a parody of these Roblox hackers, no such whistles would ever occur in a game... right?”

“Whistle’rblx”Whistle’rblx,” the second video in the “Whistle Occurrence” series, was posted by vibingleaf on July 9, 2024. This video shows a player named VBLeaf playing the Roblox obby “Classic Dodge the Teapots.” When VBLeaf reaches the platform at the end of the obby, a round yellow Roblox head appears behind them, then distorts creepily.
    • The video flashes to a screen with distorted shapes that are reminiscent of Flowers in the previous video, then a screen with one-eyed cartoon Robloxians with a message that says, “Hear the whistle? Cover the ears!”
    • VBLeaf teleports to a strange game with a red baseplate and mysterious red and black sky. The camera turns to reveal Flowers standing in front of him, stretching taller as we watch.
    • The screen cuts to a black background with the words “do you Hear the Whistle?”
    • There’s a quick flash of a clip from a news article that says, “...have reported experiencing seizures by encountering the Whistle. These seizures are characterized by sudden convulsions, loss of consciousness, and potential injury. While the whistle's existence remains unconfirmed, the impact on young players is undeniable. Experts and administrators have investigated the whistle phenomenon. However, no concrete…”
    • The screen flashes back to VBLeaf in the obby like nothing happened. The video ends with the message “Thanks for watching!”

“rblx.obby” The third video in the “Whistle Occurrence” series is “rlbx.obby,” which was posted on February 6, 2025. It opens with players collinmartinez10, glob_921, and shrekt360 playing a colorful obby. The players complain that the game is lagging as they make their way through the obstacles. Shrek is in the lead, but suddenly disappears.
    • After a few minutes, Shrek reappears, but his behavior is off—he suddenly speaks very formally, with proper capitalization and punctuation, like saying “Friend! It is you!” and asking how to play the game (even though he was just playing it).
    • His friends are suspicious, asking “are u feeling ok?” and “are u even o ur friend??”
    • Suddenly, Shrek starts to distort, growing and glitching into Flowers.
    • The players teleport into another area, and Shrek seems to be himself again. Glob asks if Shrek saw the recording of what happened, and Shrek says yes, but that he was disconnected from the game when it happened and couldn’t get back in.
    • The friends decide it was probably a hacker and come up with a “dollar billion idea” to post the video to YouTube and get “so much views.” Shrek also says he changed his password so Flowers can’t control his account anymore.

Whistle occurrence live stream tragedy The most recent video in the “Whistle Occurrence” series is “Whistle occurrence live stream tragedy,” posted July 14, 2025. It opens with a Roblox player named TorchwoodYT playing a game he created while complaining that he was banned from Roblox for “bullying and toxicity.” Torch denies having done this, but also mentions having numerous alt accounts (likely for ban evasion).[1]
    • Torch complains that his game is lagging, then spots an NPC. He approaches the NPC and tells it, “YOU ARE SO UGLY.” It replies “Hear,” then says “Ears covered,” and Torch pushes it off a cliff.
    • Torch’s video lags again, then the video distorts and dissolves. Torch is teleported to a different game with inverted colors and a red, purple, and black sky, much like the one in “Whistle’rblx.”
    • After a long glitch, Torch gets an error screen with Builderman and the message “There was an error with your request.” Builderman’s face distorts, then Torch teleports again, this time to a world with a plain red baseplate and numerous NPCs.
    • Torch tries to talk to the NPCs, but he can only say “0,” and they respond with error messages like “UNUSED_Translationsystems0,” “Audio has been muted,” “ROBLOXSECURITY-DEV00Flowers,” and “FLOWERS Has successfully launched.”
    • Torch loses the ability to control his avatar, and the sky fades to red, then black. Torch asks, “What is that?” Then the audio starts glitching, repeating “I can’t” over again and replaying Torch’s speech from the beginning of the game. The video distorts again, and the image of Flowers stretches across the sky.
    • At the end of the video, another person enters the room, then shouts, “Mom, something’s wrong with Kevin!” She continues that he’s not moving and he’s shaking, and to call an ambulance.

Non-canon videos In addition to the four videos in the series, @vibingleaf has released some non-canon videos. They’re not meant to add to the lore and are mainly just intended to be funny. They include:
    • Roblox's ████████ ██████? (April Fools)”: A parody of TikTok videos about “the dangers of Roblox,” complete with an AI narrator rehashing the events in the “Whistle Occurrence” videos.[2]
    • Roblox Uno with friends”: According to @vibingleaf, this is a crossover, not canon. This video shows 4 friends playing Roblox Uno, including shrekt360 and glob_921. Glob tells the other players about the weird things that happened in “rblx.obby,” and says that Shrek has been stalked by the entity after uploading the video about it.
      • Most of the story takes place in the text box while the friends play, but the very end of the video shows the Roblox entity JX1DX1 playing Uno with Flowers.

Is the “Whistle Occurrence” based on a real story?

PDF download Download Article
  1. No, it’s just a work of fiction. In the first video of the series, creator @vibingleaf explicitly states that the story isn’t real, and it’s meant to be a parody of other stories about Roblox hackers. There is no Roblox whistle that can hurt people in real life, and the people in the video are all fictional characters.
    • For instance, according to the video description, the character shrekt360 is played by Caramiliaz in “rblx.obby.”
