My favorite anime series' have to be Jojo's Bizarre Adventure and Neon Genesis Evangelion. I really love it when the series I'm watching has a distinct artistic identity, like Jojo's visuals and music, and Evangelion's one of a kind aesthetic. My favorite movies also happen to be animated, I highly recommend these three: Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust, Angel's Egg and Redline. All three of them are incredible artistic achievements in different regards and I could rewatch them forever and be happy 🙏

One Piece is my favorite, hands down. After that, I recommend InuYasha, Naruto, Fruits Basket, and Yona of the Dawn in there.
For movies, I recommend Princess Mononoke, Your Name, Howl's Moving Castle, and Spirited Away.

For shows, The Apothecary Diaries, Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt, Demon Slayer, DanDaDan, and Ranma 1/2's remake are all really hot and well-received right now. If you've seen all of those, try some older titles like Blue Gender, Blue Exorcist, Madoka Magica, Fruits Basket, Made in Abyss, Tenchi Muyo, Gundam Wing, Trigun, Erased, or Tokyo Mew Mew.
With anime movies, it's a great time to catch up on films you may have missed over the years, like Suzume, Perfect Blue, Wolf Children, A Silent Voice, Paprika, Vexille, or Vampire Hunter D.

Anime is such a broad form of media that I like to break my recommendations into different types of anime.
For Shonen, I would definitely recommend watching Jujutsu Kaisen if you haven’t yet. I’d also recommend Solo Leveling, Demon Slayer, and My Hero Academia. If you’re a bit more old school, definitely watch Dragon Ball Z if you haven’t seen that as well.
For Isekai, I think Delicious in Dungeon is really cool. I’d also recommend season 1 of Sword Art Online.
For Romance, I would say Love is War. I also recently watched Horimiya, which was recommended to me, and really enjoyed it.
For Seinen, you’ve got to check out Psycho-Pass and Death Note. Those are two really good anime from Seinen, which tends to be a bit more adult with darker themes – more thriller or psychological. 91 Days is another good one.

- Fullmetal Alchemist. I think that show is brilliant.
- SK8 the Infinity. It's a wholesome sports anime with great characters.
- A Silent Voice is a really incredible film. It's about this girl who is deaf and how she learns to connect with other students
- The Studio Ghibli films: I love Howl's Moving Castle.
Cyberpunk Edgerunners is one of my favorites. It's probably one of the best video game adaptations out in my opinion. It packs such an emotional, engaging, and tragic story into a few episodes that you can finish in a very short amount of time.
Ranking of Kings is another good one. Very, very good underdog story with one of the most unique main characters I've seen in Boji. He can't hear anything, and he's undersized, but he learns how to turn his weakness into a strength. And he’s just a really lovable character.

Whenever I get asked for recommendations, I like to first see what they already watch or what they typically like. For somebody who is into Marvel, I would recommend something like My Hero Academia. I’d describe it like an anime version of The Avengers, essentially. Or Heroman, which Stan Lee actually helped write. If you're into drama, comedy, or rom-coms, I would recommend Toradora! or Hinamatsuri. If you like darker themes, then you might like Berserk or Odd Taxi.

I recommend Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba, there is ALOTTT OF BLOOD and like just one episode of nudity, and VERY VERY SAD TEAR JERKING BACKSTORY'S, BUT! They're coming out with a Infinite Castle movie and the 2nd and 3rd part I'm pretty sure comes out in like 2 or 3 years. But the point is it's really decent and funny I think It took me one year or a couple of months bc of school. ANYWAYS, IF YOU SEE A FIREY HEADED CHARACTER IN A WHOLE EPISODE WITH THE FOUR MAIN CHARACTERS, just become prepared with tissues... you'll need it... :{

Demon Slayer is great! But you might also need some tissues just for learning new characters back stories...

YES! Also book therapy appointments because the next thing you know your favorite character is going to be... I wont spoil it but let's just say the main character after the infinity Castle Arc is traumatized basically

If you like Romantic + Funny I'd suggest "Romantic Killer" it's funny, uhh MOSTLY kid friendly and yeah. Some pretty boys you can simp on too!

"The shield hero" is a really underrated one, I love it and it is sooooo good. "Romantic killer" is also good, so is "Kimi ne Todoke (from me to you)", "My hero academia" is a nice classic, and "Ouran host club" An unpopular opinion is that I think "one piece" is not worth it, I watched a little bit of it and I could not get into it, I did not like the art style or the storyline:(

My Hero Academia and Demon Slayer hold a special place in my heart when it comes to action and aspiring heros but not the losses we had to bear, then for more life like animes Komi can't communicate, The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity, And My Happy Marriage is so good.
