What are some co-op horror games that are actually scary?
One that comes to mind for me is Friday the 13th: The Game. It doesn’t have jump-scares and isn’t visually grueling, but it does a great job at nailing suspense. Throughout the game, Jason Voorhees is running around the map while you're trying to survive, collect specific items, and complete certain tasks. The game does a great job at setting this tense environment where he’s super quiet, and it’s dark. Then whenever he’s hot on your tail, it plays his theme song, and it gets louder and more intense as he gets closer. As you get further away, it then dies down a bit. Jason also has all kinds of abilities and is super overpowered compared to your character, which makes it even more intense – like he can teleport and make himself completely silent for a certain amount of time.
What indie horror games would you recommend?
There's one called Indigo Park where a bunch of mascots are mutations of these animals that have gone wild and are trying to get you. There's a really interesting lore and storyline there. You go in and uncover all the secrets about what happened there and the deep, dark history behind it.

And a lesser-known one, created by a company called Grandfather Games, is called Bite Night. Grandfather Games makes shorter and simpler games, but they're pretty funny. In Bite Night, you work at a convenience store, and there's a vampire that breaks in. You have to complete tasks around them, and it has a twist at the end. It's not really that scary, but I think it's a good blend of comedy, and there is an element of tension throughout.
Recommendations for the best anime series or movies to watch next?
Cyberpunk Edgerunners is one of my favorites. It's probably one of the best video game adaptations out in my opinion. It packs such an emotional, engaging, and tragic story into a few episodes that you can finish in a very short amount of time.

Ranking of Kings is another good one. Very, very good underdog story with one of the most unique main characters I've seen in Boji. He can't hear anything, and he's undersized, but he learns how to turn his weakness into a strength. And he’s just a really lovable character.
