  1. You can remove a payment method from Whatnot using your iPhone, iPad, or Android phone or tablet as long as you have another payment method attached to your account. If you haven't added another payment method yet, jump down to Adding a New Payment Method.
    • If you're using a computer, you can update your payment method by clicking your profile icon at the top right and navigating to Payments & Shipping > Payments > Update. There's no way to remove a payment method on a computer–you can only update your credit or debit card.
  2. 2
Tap Payments & Shipping. This opens your billing and shipment settings.[1]
    • Your current default payment method appears below "Add Payment Method."

Why can't I remove a payment method on Whatnot?

PDF download Download Article
    • You must add a new payment method to Whatnot before deleting an existing one. Once you've added a payment method to Whatnot, your account must have at least one payment method at all times. You won't be able to delete a card or unlink a payment service like PayPal from Whatnot until you've added a replacement.
    • If you're using a computer, you can only update your payment method. The Whatnot website only allows you to update an existing payment method or switch to a different payment method you've already added.
  1. If you don't have another payment method to add, Whatnot support can help you remove cards and most other payment methods (except Apple Pay).[5] To contact Whatnot Support:
    • Tap Account at the bottom of the Whatnot app.
    • Tap Contact Us (you may need to scroll down a bit).
    • Tap General.
    • Tap App features or feedback.
    • Type your issue into the field. You can attach a screenshot if needed.
    • Tap Submit.[6]
