    Community Answer
    Community Answer
Auditions occur worldwide, primarily in populated areas of Asia, Australia, and the USA. You should learn Korean and train diligently, especially in dance, as judges expect high-level performances against many competitors. Always be polite; K-Pop idols are expected to be role models. Prepare for rejection, as very few are accepted.

I love to dance, but I'm too shy. What should I do?
    Community Answer
    Community Answer
Trust me, many people have this problem. Try dancing in your room or outside where no one can see you. If you want to eventually get comfortable dancing in front of people, try having a dance party with just a friend or two, and then gradually work your way up to including more people. Dancing is supposed to be fun, no one will judge you, and if they do, they're not a good friend!
  • Question
Can I not have an agency (like catapult myself to stardom)?
    Community Answer
    Community Answer
No, this will be very unlikely unless you are a well known Korean (to-be) idol/an amazingly, talented foreign (to-be) idol who has been been training for years. You need a whole crew to create an agency for yourself (only). And also, remember; becoming a K-pop idol requires time, attention, patience, and effort. Don't waste yours or other people's time if you don't meet the standards for a Korean idol.
