  • Question
I cannot get the moisture out of good crystal vases with small openings. What should I do?
    Community Answer
    Community Answer
Turn it upside down (so that any water can come out), and when you put it upright, try wrapping a chopstick in a few layers of paper towel (use a rubber band to keep it in place) and wipe away as much as you can. Using a hairdryer on the cool setting should get rid of any leftover moisture. You can also leave the vase upside down on a drying rack to air dry.

  • Question
I was advised by the manufacturer to soak a crystal pitcher in a 50/50 solution of water and vinegar before using. Why?

    Community Answer
Vinegar will clean the vessel of debris from mineral buildup, and is safe and gentler than something like window cleaner. Also, water will dilute the vinegar so that the acidity won't be too strong.
