Asking the most powerful zodiac sign is like asking the best hour of the day. Everyone's going to give you a different answer based on what they like to do at that time, right? Part of the magic of astrology is that when it comes to signs, your chart is a makeup of many placements depending on what kind of chart you're reading and what is important to you. This is an interesting question and there are definitely signs that tend to show a particular trait more easily or more effortlessly. But when you're getting into the question of the "strongest" or most "powerful" zodiac sign, it really is going to be a matter of who you are, where you are and what you need as far as what sign delivers the the most energy to you at any given moment.

There are so many ways this can be interpreted. First off, I think people need to not get caught up in “the most powerful sign” because your full chart matters more than one placement.
For example, Capricorn is ruled by Saturn, which is a powerful planet. Scorpio is ruled by Pluto, which is literally the planet of power. We could say these are both really powerful signs. But Scorpio's sun in the 12th house is a completely different energy than Scorpio's sun in the 6th house, the 10th house, the 7th house.
I want to get people away from thinking that there's one sign that's the most powerful or the best, because all of the signs hold tremendous power in their own way. To give another example: Capricorns are really good at making money – that's powerful. But who's to say that's more powerful than cancer energy, which is its antipode, where its strength is being intuitive and nurturing. It all depends on how you define power.

The SUN is the planet of power, not that speck Pluto. Both Saturn and Pluto revolve around the Sun, not the other way around. The fact that modern astrologers exaggerate Pluto's power but then take the Sun's power for granted (ironically when many of their livelihoods depend on the SUN sign astrology). Thus Leo is an incredibly powerful sign too.
The Sun is literally the most powerful force in the solar system and the most important one in astrology. And modern astrologers need to acknowledge that fact.

First off, each sign has their own power. That's how I think about it. For example, if we want to get something done, we go to Aries. If we want something that's going to be fair and balanced, we go to Libra. If we want some out-of-the-box thinking, we go to Aquarius. Everybody has power. Plus, everybody has Pluto in their chart, so we all actually have a lot more power than we think.

Um, no. The most powerful sign is LEO. The planet of power is the Sun, not that speck Pluto which revolves around it. The Sun is the most powerful force in the solar system and is the basis of Sun Sign astrology in the furst place which further proves its importance.
Modern astrologers need to get away from the delusion that a tiny dwarf planet could ever rival the most powerful force in our solar system.
And Leo is NOT "the power of art!" Stop overly softening the sign. It's powerful, fierce, determined, courageous, temperamental, protective and fiery. It's a LION. The only apex predator of the Western Zodiac so describe it as such. Leo is power in its most raw form.
Scorpio is more "power of art" than Leo. Leo is the "power of will."
