    Yes, black mode/dark mode can either be enabled by navigating to Google Chrome on an Android device. On Google Chrome's home screen, tap the three dots going vertically and select settings, then scroll down to the basics menu which should have theme as an option. Choose dark and the theme should automatically change to dark mode from there on Google Chrome.
