Then, at a 30° angle difference, draw another rectangle. The bottom right corner of both should be connected.
Erase those lines and shade in the rest of the remaining second rectangle.

You need to draw a similar structure but with an increased height to give it a look and feel of a tall building.
And hence the shade.
This will provide you a much deeper perspective while you draw.
This view can be obtained from only two viewing angles. One would be shaded on the left, the other on the right. If you draw a rectangle with no shades, then you can make it look as the front portion of the structure.
If you are planning to make a vanishing point perspective (the image goes on continuous till the center) remember to draw respective structures on both sides of your main structure. That is a building would have 3-sides front facing. The right and the left portion, in this case, will be shaded. Now you can draw streets on both sides of the building.
To do this you can actually draw a box and show tiny people and vehicles around the box to give the impression of 'height'. You can then later modify this box to look as a terrace of the building.
