  1. Credit Karma does not currently have a public email address that you can use to contact them to get support. If you have a question or concern about your account, it’s best to reach out to Credit Karma via chat or by filling out their online request form. However, if you have a question about their privacy practices or working for them, Credit Karma does provide emails that may be helpful. For instance:
    • Email security@creditkarma.com if you have questions about Credit Karma’s security practices or your data.
    • Email CCPArequests@creditkarma.com if you have concerns or questions about Credit Karma’s privacy statement.
    • Email info@creditkarma.com if you’re interested in working with Credit Karma.
    • Note: Some sites list support@creditkarma.com as Credit Karma’s email address for support. Just know that this email is not listed on Credit Karma’s website, so there’s no guarantee that you’ll get help if you email it.
  2. Add a short subject line that describes your question or concern. For instance, if you’re emailing security@creditkarma.com about your data, your subject might be “Question About My Data.” Then, in the body of the email, concisely describe the entirety of your problem. For instance, if you’re worried about what happens to your data after you delete your account, you might ask Credit Karma to explain their data holding policy.
  3. It may take Credit Karma a few days to respond to your email. Depending on the question or concern that you asked them about, they may need some additional information from you, so keep an eye out for their response.
    • If it’s been a week or so and you still haven’t heard back from Credit Karma, send a follow-up email to help ensure your email is seen.
