Using iPhone or iPad

   Open the Settings app. This is the grey cog icon. You can find it on your Home screen or in the App Library.

   • Use this method to clear the cache and cookies on Safari. You can also clear the cache from Google Chrome if needed.

   Tap Safari. You can find this in the list of pre-installed iOS apps.

   Tap Clear History and Website Data. You may need to scroll down to find this.

   Tap All History. This is the bottom option in the pop-up menu.

   Tap Clear History. Your cookies, cache, and history will be deleted.

   • Tap Safari.
