Do you love cat videos? Music videos? Whatever your YouTube watching preferences, you may occasionally want to save a video to your favorites list. If you have a YouTube account, you can easily do this whether you're using the website or mobile app. Here's how to add a video to your favorites on YouTube using your iPhone, iPad, Android, or computer.
Adding to Your Favorites on YouTube
To add a video to your favorites on YouTube, navigate to a video and select Save underneath it. Select + New playlist and enter Favorites as the title. Select Create to add the video to your new Favorites playlist.

Open the YouTube app and select a video. Make sure you're logged into your account. You can browse your home page or search for a specific video using the search bar.
- YouTube has removed the default "Favorites" playlist, so you'll need to create one to add to it. If you had one in the past, you may have an existing Favorites.

Tap + New playlist. You'll see this at the top of the menu.
