Gen V is a superhero TV show on Amazon Prime Video starting in September 2023. It’s the third spinoff of The Boys, a dark superhero satire that aims to subvert genre tropes and bring an unexpected, edgier angle to superheroes. Gen V brings the same edgy vibe to a new cast of characters.

Gen V is set at the Godolkin University School of Crimefighting, which is a school for young people with superpowers. The series follows a cast of students at the University as they compete for a place at the top of their class and the chance to join an elite superhero team. As they compete, however, the school’s sinister secrets are exposed, and the students must test their own abilities and morals in a corrupted world.
