Yep, I have a phobia!

Same! I try to tell my friends but they say oh its fine. Last time i had an injection i had to be physically restrained which did not help me feel better.

Why do they contribute to wikiHow? "I've been fascinated by the collaborative power of wikis since 2007. There's something amazing about working with people from all over the world, people with different backgrounds and life experiences. Their advice to new editors: "Stick with it. We all know it can be hard to know what to do when you're first starting out. If you think wikiHow is like Wikipedia... it's not. Over there, you might get overwhelmed by complicated guidelines and butt heads with other people because your edit went against their policies. But over here, we have one of the friendliest communities anywhere on the internet, and we try our best to create a supportive, open environment where it's easy to get involved. So don't be afraid to make an edit and ask for help when you need to. As long as you're open to learning how things work around here, I can guarantee you'll have the same positive and impactful experience I've had."
