How do you know if you're toxic?
I have so many toxic traits that no one even comments on. Even these quizzes say I’m totally empathetic, a good person, and not at all toxic…
My worst trait is that I want these results to settle my worries, but no matter how honestly I answer them… I don’t believe they were obtained legitimately, so I should be getting some responses on how to be a better person.

I was🙋🏻
That feeling of trying to be better even though you miss acting this way comes from the internet mostly. If you cut fast media (social media, like YouTube) out of your life and only consumed movies, shows, and talked normally with real people you will notice that fast media makes the feeling of drama and toxic behaviour appear fun until you feel bad again from the overstimulation of information😂
If I spend more than 2 hours on YouTube, especially on “commentary/documentary” videos, I only have energy to enjoy drama and I usually feel super overprotective of my friends/family.
I believe in you🙌🏻 you can break the stereotype!

Haha, what a mood. I think we can be toxic in a way that is destructive to ourselves without hurting other people, and though it’s socially acceptable to be like this you can always try to slow down on the lying and cheating. Drama is probably very harmless in most cases, but you would probably be a lot nicer to your “soul” (or whatever version of that you believe in) if you didn’t lie or cheat to get your way.
It’s hard as hell but those two actions tend to stem from childhood issues that may never have gotten resolved (even if you had a fairly good childhood!). 😊🫡
