Suppressing feelings isn't the best way to go, as it could lead to anxiety, prolonged sadness, or even depression (which is terrible!!!). if you even decide that you have romantic feelings for this girl, you are not obligated to tell her by any means. the decision is completely yours to make. I understand the feeling of not wanting to be queer, as I have felt that many times too. I am lucky to go to an lgbtq-accepting school, even though my entire family (even extended on both sides) are very homophobic. I am currently out of the closet as pansexual to 94% of my friends, my parents, two of my cousins, and my aunt (as well as others but this is already a long paragraph) Its okay to feel this way, just remember self-love is very important.
You are not defying God by having feelings for this person, you were made perfectly, in the image of god, and exactly how you are supposed to be. as a Christian girl myself, I know that everyone has a different interpretation/meaning to His word. It is ok to look at scriptures differently than your parents.
I hope this all works out for you; best wishes and good luck!! <3
