How to Look Like a KPop Idol

Get plenty of sleep. KPop stars are constantly on the road touring, but that doesn’t mean they don’t get their beauty sleep when they can. It takes a lot of rest to keep on top of their game, so you can bet that a good sleep schedule is key to that flawless skin and those bright eyes.

Hydrate. Water, water, water! It’s the name of the game. Drinking plenty of water each day helps keep your skin clear and pristine, and has a whole lot of other health effects that keep you looking radiant.
