How Do I Astral Project?
Make sure you're grounded in some capacity before you attempt to astral project. There needs to be something that pulls your energy back into your body, back into the room where you are.

Or, if you're not a seasoned astral projector, make sure that you're with someone who is, so they can facilitate the process and guide you through it, whether through guided visualization or just being in the room with you to pay attention to how you are responding to the process.
How can I cleanse myself of bad luck??
I believe you can create your own luck. There are gifts that are available to all of us, and like any gift, you have to open it to access it. It’s really about knowing who you are through your astrological chart and what your strengths and weaknesses are and then working with that energy.

So rather than thinking, “I'm unlucky because this happened,” try tapping into the strength and the energy that you have within and that makes up your astrological chart and who you are.
I want to learn how to astral project
The biggest danger is not grounding yourself. Before you attempt to astral project, there needs to be something that pulls your energy back into your body so that you can return to where (and who) you are.

If you're not a seasoned astral projector, make sure that you're with someone who is experienced so that they can facilitate and help guide you through it. You can also use a guided visualization. The important thing is that someone or something is in place to help keep you safe.
