Favorite Piece of Advice

When it comes to adopting eco-friendly habits, I recommend starting off slowly and implementing them one by one, rather than overhauling your life. That could mean starting off by bringing your reusable bags to the grocery store; then, when you’re comfortable with that, learning to compost your food scraps; and so on. Through slow, intentional implementation, we’re much more likely to stick to those planet-friendly habits.
