Are doritos haram or halal?
There are some ingredients in Doritos that could be Haram. For example, gelatin is often considered Haram, and there are certain enzymes that may be added. So in general, we consider Doritos could be Haram, but it really depends on the ingredients. And sometimes there could be those ingredients in the United States, but may differ from country to country. In that case, you have to look at the packaging and see the ingredients. But from what I’ve seen, most people say that they are Haram because of the ingredients.
Are dogs considered haram in Islam?
Dogs are normally considered Haram because we consider the dog’s saliva as unclean. There is one exception to this, and that’s if you need the dog for protection – a dog wouldn’t be considered Haram in this case.
