What is the 2nd house in astrology?
On the surface level, we think of the 2nd house in astrology as the house of worth and finances. And so a lot of people look at it as the money house, very literally. It's also the house where we form our sense of self-worth and our self-esteem. It's where we realize that we are more than just ourselves. We are part of a whole, and we ask ourselves, what is our role within the whole? Where do we rank in the human world? How do we feel about ourselves and where do we fit?

I also think, secondarily, it's a house where we decide what's most important to us, the house of values, the house of morals, and the house of how we define interest and attraction and pleasure. What do we spend our money on? What do we spend our time on? What are your core values that you tend to dedicate your life to? All of that's going to come out of the second house.

When it comes to the career houses, we usually think of 2, 6, and 10—2 being how you make your money, 6 being what the day-to-day job requires, and 10 being your career legacy and how you're perceived in the world. Those three houses tend to be more business and career associated, and we think of the 2nd house as the house of resources.
What is chiron in astrology?
In astrology, Chiron is an asteroid. It is one of the only asteroids that most modern astrologers work with because it was discovered in the 1970s. Anytime a planet is discovered, the zeitgeist of the time tends to relate to the energy of how we connect with that planet. For example, Chiron was discovered when conveniences had reached an all-time high, and everyone was concerned with their purpose, self-actualization, and healing trauma wounds from ancestors.

Chiron is all about the wounded healer in Greek mythology. He was a centaur who was hit by a poison arrow and became immortal. He felt the pain of the arrow but continued to be a teacher, healer, and supporter of other people. We all have a Chiron wound, which is something that continues to sting but pushes us to give back and self-actualize through the process of supporting others through our designated purpose.
What is the 7th house in astrology?
The Seventh House is so interesting – it is the house of partnership with the other. We tend to think of it as the house of love and marriage, and we also look at it for close business relationships, as well as those like soulmate partnerships. Your friends are going to go into the eleventh house typically, but if you have a best friend that you've been best friends with for your whole life, that's going to be more of a seventh house relationship. Those are rare, though.

I also think the seventh house is something that we tend to outsource. We tend to seek that out in other people, and we don't really claim it for ourselves. So if I have a Scorpio in my seventh house, I might not claim Scorpio as myself. I might not feel like I'm a Scorpio at all, but maybe I'm really drawn to Scorpio people and tend to collect them or be fascinated by them. A lot of times, your partner's sign will be the sign that's in your seventh house.
What is the vesta asteroid in astrology and how is it used?
Vesta is associated with the Vestal Virgins. We can essentially think of the Vestal Virgins as librarians who were focused on maintaining and sharing knowledge and keeping the Vestal flame burning – which is that focus on sharing knowledge and information. And so I see this come up a lot in the charts of people who are meant to teach and lead in a more traditional way through information sharing.
What are the biggest red flags in Virgo men?
I try to stay away from the gendered personality because we're so much more multifaceted than that – and social conditioning plays a big role in it. So, I don't really think it's Virgo men versus Virgo women.

The answer is red flags in general for any Virgo would be someone who is a little too calculated. You may wonder, why are you asking all those questions? Are you trying to gather more information so that you can control the situation and possibly manipulate me?

One thing with a Virgo is to pay attention to whether the person is a little too different among different groups of people. See if they are really good at doing the mercurial thing of putting on masks and shape shifting as needed.

The other thing I would say is that a Virgo may be a little too wound up and rigid or safe, so if you’re someone who wants adventure and spontaneity, there might be red flags in Virgos to look out for, like being too risk-averse. That's not necessarily a red flag. It just depends on where you're coming from and what you want out of a relationship.

And a lot of Virgos can have anxiety too, which might impact compatibility. A lot of Virgos may be anal, uptight, rigid – some Virgos can have that. But you can decide for yourself, is that a red flag for you?
