What are end-of-the-date signals that show a first date went well?
A couple of signs that a date went well would be that there was more physical contact than you imagined or that the other person seemed fully focused, engaged, and present. The conversation on the date was flowing, so there were no awkward moments or a feeling that you were really searching for something to say. If someone is checking their social media under the table, on the other hand, it’s not such a great sign. You may also feel the date ended on a high, or notice that the date ran late, or you lost sense of time.
At the end of the first date, you may find yourself saying, "I'd love to see you again." You could also give the person something to do, like, "Message me when you get home safe”. Along with that, maybe you feel comfortable with messaging them and using that as a continuation of the vibe that you had on a first date.
Ultimately, I'd encourage people not to read too much into signs and to instead listen to what they would like to have happen next, and if their answer is, "I would like to see this person again," to feel comfortable in communicating and expressing that and getting a clear response.

I like multiple girls. How do I decide between them?
Don't put pressure on yourself to decide unnaturally quickly. Often, it will become obvious over time. The most important qualities for a relationship are consistency, personal connection, mutual respect, and shared goals. These things only become apparent after you've gotten to know someone over a period of time.
Another thing I’d say is that you should prioritize people who prioritize you. We often focus on the qualities on paper. Are they physically attractive? Are they fun to hang out with? Do we have a connection? One of the most important, if not the most important, relationship-building qualities is consistent effort. So prioritize people who show up for you.
