Can i have a list of brainrot terms please?
I'm not mentioning my Gen, but I got all these. They're just abbreviations. And yeah, we used some of the same slang. Still means the same thing as it did then. A few are new, or are derived from colloquialisms not all US areas are familiar with. But for the most part, there ain't a whole lot new under the sun. Nobody will actually be talking like this in any way, shape, or form in about 5 years, and it'll all only become meme-worthy for busting on folks. Or turned into a song for posterity, like ValSpeak did in "Valley Girl" by Moon Unit Zappa, Frank's daughter back in the '80's. Righteous bop, for sure.
Any personality quirks with female Capricorns?
What a bunch of beautiful things said about us Capricorn ladies! All of it is quite true! Especially the loyalty part.
I never understood why we are the ones who seem to have the most hardships in life. It does make us incredibly resilient, but it also makes us huge targets for narcissists. We love deeply, and most of us are highly empathic. These traits are exploited by narcissists, and the idea that we really do work hard to maintain our relationships only allows such people to further riddle us with guilt. Being filled with guilt over a perceived failure is so detrimental to our esteem, and also our physical health, believe it or not.
We can have a dark sense of humour, for sure! Our wit and charm seem to form in this area- we work hard and want to be acknowledged for our accomplishments. So why not a little shock and awe from time to time? Interesting things just seem to *pop* out of our mouths, maybe an F bomb when least expected, or a well designed compliment that actually could be an insult, if the other person only knew that Vera van Gouche want really a clothing designer....
We will always defend you, fight for you, believe in you, encourage you, and if our mamma's taught us, we will cook and sew for ya, too! Just better remember to say thanks from time to time.
We do like to look well put together when going out. Not for the obvious reason, unless we're single. But because if I look good, I want people to compliment YOU, not me! Why shouldn't you have something nice to look at? I'm not gonna let myself go after having a kid of two, either. I'll never be a size 7 again, but I will do my best to maintain my shape for my own health as well as your peace of mind. Again, you made me yours looking that way, and it's TERRIBLY UNFAIR to get all slobby and start wearing sweats all the time and no makeup and sorta quit....
I guess we are like your cheerleaders! I am driven, college degreed, run a small business, and maintain my home. I have a well mannered and well behaved adult son who has a comfortable middle management career. BUT I am the biggest cut up! Not 1/2 as serious as people attribute to Capricorn ladies, and definitely have a WICKED sense of humour!
Siren Head's comments are 100% accurate. Even if it's never an actual retaliation, though, a big part of that "bite back" is that you will have lost us forever. Not even a nod. Because we know it's torture to lose a good woman, if we strive to be one, and to never be a part of our lives ever again. You can bet there's an amazing man now in the spot that you once occupied.
