How can I become a psychic?
I am apparently a multi-clair and I was doing research and apparently if I don't learn to control that stuff I can seriously hurt someone, because I have very strong psychic. how do I manage to control it?

I inherited it r something, every women in my family n my moms side has had the same experience, its after they have a baby, not long after, the will wake up in the middle of the night to the baby crying and then a skeletol hand will grab their ankle, I haven't had a kid yet so I don't know if its true, but I also recently learned I'm a multi-clair, meening I have multiple spiritual or psychic abilities, like dream walking, I can have other peoples dreams, I can will certain outcomes as well, I one time willed some people to believe me when they normally wouldn't, IV had many interactions with spirits, and when I read up it its because I am like a light in a dark room, I attract spiritual attention, and yu can develop abilities because of certain things, like trauma or stuff like lightning strikes, and if you work really hard and meditate daily and make spoken declarations and force them to happen to the best f your abilities, its possible to develop them, the first time I realized I was psychic, I had gotten upset over a video game and suddenly a pot flies across the room. so ya, I also learned that untill I lear to control my quirks that I'm kinda dangerous, so ya, I got all this from my mom I guess, well from my moms bloodline, my mom is just ordinary.
