How do I find excuses to talk to a girl I know on the phone more?

There's this girl who I know but don't see often, and I'd like to get to know her better but am not sure how to call her often without it seeming awkward and forced.

I'd say don't be afraid to call. If they don't want to answer, they won't. Of course, don't call every day, but every few days is totally fine. But I'd recommend calling to invite her to hang out. You have to spend time with her in person to really get to know her.

How to smoothly ask for a girl's number?
There's a girl I run into a lot on campus. I don't know her, but we smile at each other and I think I'd like to ask for her number, but I don't know how to do this without seeming...Idk, like a creep? Or desperate? Is it weird to just........ask a stranger for her number? If not, how do you do it (with at least a little rizz)? What do you even say??

I don't know how to talk to my crush
I have been in love with a girl in my class for 2 years but I have barely spoken to her. I don't want to keep just sitting and waiting for her to talk to me but I have no idea how to approach her or what to say. I have her number from when we worked on a group project together and have thought about just texting her casually but I feel awkward and never know how to go about it without coming off weird. Anyone know what I should do? I'm dying here!

Hey there everyone! I’m just going to cut right to the chase: I suck at talking to girls over text. I feel like I’m pretty good at chatting IRL where I can read the other person’s body language and tone, but over text I’ve been told I’m staler than an old breadstick. I’m just not good at texting. I want to actually talk to my gym crush
Just a regular guy who goes to the gym here, and I've been crushing on someone who I always see when I'm working out. I know gym crushes are normal, but is it bad if I actually want to go up and talk to them? I'm not sure about the etiquette here and I don't want to sound like a creep, so how can I tell if it's a good idea to say something to them? Has anyone else gone through this and have some helpful advice?
