Praying Mantises are meat-eating insects. They do not actively hunt down their prey, however. They wait still and are almost invisible on a leaf or stem, ready to grab any passing insect. In this tutorial, you will learn how to draw a praying mantis.

  1. Add ovals, circles and lines. Don't worry if it does not look like as what you want. These are just your guidelines.

  4. As you notice, these are much thinner compare to the arms.
