How can I lose face fat?
So, of course, if you lose fat in general, if you lose weight, you will lose facial fat. If that's something you want to do, you have to be careful because a lot of times losing face fat will actually make you age faster and make you look older. A lot of times, we actually have to replace face fat if somebody's lost a lot of weight.
I think a lot of people who want to lose face fat, it's from the bottom third of the face, so their jowls and their neck. For treatments that can help with that, you can do Kybella injections, Morpheus8 or radiofrequency treatments because they will shrink and destroy some fat. Then you can do some other skin-tightening radiofrequency treatments like FaceTite or Renuvion. They will all shrink the fat a little bit. Also, you can even do a little bit of micro liposuction to remove some fat from below the face.
