Mike Holmes Jr.

Mike Holmes Jr. is a licensed general contractor, carpenter, and TV personality based in Canada. Mike first started working in construction with his father at 14 and quickly discovered his passion for the skilled trades. He first got his contractor license and then his carpentry license from George Brown College. In addition, he has extensive experience filming home improvement shows with his family, including co-hosting Mike’s Ultimate Garage with his father, Mike Sr., and also working as a crew member on Holmes in New Orleans, Holmes Inspection, Holmes Makes it Right, and Holmes and Holmes. Mike is passionate about carpentry and woodworking, sharing this passion and educating the next generation through his work with Skills Canada, SkillsUSA, World Skills, Conestoga College, and more.
