I have a crush on a boy and he likes me too but he's not making a move...
Men LOVE it when a girl makes the first move if they’re interested in them romantically. If you still aren’t sure he likes you, try to give him a light touch (like brushing his hair, or rubbing against him in the hallway) or a smile to see if he reciprocates. Any kind of flirting in general will push him to make a move. If he doesn’t give you eye contact or he leans away when you touch him, he probably isn’t interested. If he reciprocates though, you’re clear to go for it!
